At Haus of Glam, we’re committed to getting your glam delivered quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Processing Time

Because our wigs are handmade with care and precision, please allow 2–5 business days for processing before shipping. Add-on services may add additional time. (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking info to update.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or customs (for international orders), but we’ll do our best to help if your package is significantly delayed or missing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Haus of Glam is not liable for lost or stolen packages marked as "delivered." We recommend contacting your local carrier or filing a claim with them if this occurs.

International Shipping

  • Delivery times vary by country and may be extended due to customs processing.
