Return Policy

At Haus of Glam, we want you to feel confident and fabulous in every piece you wear. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got you covered.

7-Day Return Window

You have 7 calendar days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. please note - Customized wigs or bundles (including any hair that has been plucked, bleached, dyed, or altered in any way) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • In original condition with all tags attached

  • Free of stains, makeup, perfume, or damage

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom wigs/hairs

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us @hausofglammm@gmail.com  within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Ship the item(s) back. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
    If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hausofglammm@gmail.com.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different size or item, please return your original purchase and place a new order.
